Annotation
Being the universal technology of system analysis, COMOD-technology implements the complexity reduction and explains the system phenomenon on the qualitative level. COMOD-technology is effective in solving problems of technical and ecological safety, competitiveness and quality of products and technologies. On the base of COMOD-technology, at carrying out internal quality audit of manufacturing a steel plate, the essence of reproducibility problem of the manufacturing process which is considered in terms of an open holistic system is disclosed; the mechanisms responsible for instability of standard indicators of the quality are discovered and proved; and the prospective ways and methods of eliminating the discrepancies in manufacturing process are pointed.
