The consortium is created as a centre of competence, which provides life-cycle support of the system knowledge about open natural, humanitarian and technospheric systems.

The consortium grants service of automatic generation, scientific understanding, rational explanation and effective exploitation of the reliable system knowledge.

The consortium implements its activity in the framework of the project “Physics of the Open Systems”.

Project “Physics of the Open Systems” is devoted to becoming the new postcybernetic paradigm of systemology, which offered a new approach to the solution of the problems of cognition, scientific understanding and rational explanation of phenomenon of complexity of open systems.

Within this approach the natural, humanitarian and technospheric systems are being researched on scientific grounds. The ultimate priority of physics of the open systems is a global reconstruction of the “system project”; full model description and scientific explanation of the states, of the evolution and mechanisms of formation of emergent system properties.

As a paradigm of systemology the physics of the open systems receives objective and scientifically reliable system knowledge. It has deep methodological basis, adequate meta-technology, and its own theoretical apparatus.

Physics of the open systems considers systems in their natural scales and real complexity. Its methods overcome complexity of cognition, formal description and scientific understanding of the states and evolution of systems, which is conditioned by heterogeneity and amplification of structures.

Ideas and methods of physics of the open systems have been embodied in the new information technologies, which have provided the regularity search, complexity reduction and the reconstruction of the whole in the open systems. The technologies of the physics of the open systems are automatically generating reliable scientific knowledge out of the accumulated empirical data about the systems states.


Project “Physics of the Open Systems” is directed at creation and use of infrastructure and applications for production and circulation of the scientific system knowledge.

The project missions:
• an authorial statement of fundamental ideas, methods and technologies of physics of the open systems;
• a socialization of the methods and technologies of physics of open systems, which are providing the automatic generation of the scientific knowledge about natural, humanitarian and technospheric systems on the base of their empirical descriptions;
• a practical mastering of accumulated empirical data about technospheric, natural and humanitarian systems by means of their automatic conversion into reliable scientific knowledge;
• a popularization and promotion of ideas of realization of social and scientifically significant projects on the basis of the technologies of physics of the open systems;
• a popularization and promotion of ideas of realization  of production, integration, storage, distribution and exploitation of the scientific system knowledge in the integrated research infrastructures on the basis of physics of the open systems;
• a popularization and promotion of ideas of creation of the new generation of intellectual systems and technological platforms of the solutions' automatic preparation of the complex system problems;
• the technological barriers' overcoming of interdisciplinary interaction on the basis of the language convention of physics of the open systems.
