Annotation
General systemology is being defined as a necessary fundamental constituent of scientific knowledge. It expresses the senses of the universal, which are inherent in all sciences, it theirs another dimension. A new platform of general systemology carries the idea of “unified systems project”, which is expressing fundamental principles of systemogenesis and regularities of self-development of systems. Both the empirical descriptions of real world phenomena and the “system axioms” which are establishing principles of generality of relation, harmony, systemacity and development form the platform basis. A new system-wide methodology offers its own normative conceptual apparatus organized into the unified theoretical schema of the inductive process of disclosing the essence of system on the three gnoseological levels sequentially setting the systemology of phenomenon, systemology of self-development and systemology of ideas, root causes and principles. General systemology perceives the world of systems in all variety of both the systems types and individual manifestation forms of the variability mechanisms.
