Annotation
In this book the language convention of systemology of the phenomenal world is stated. Within the limits of this convention the concept “System” has constructive scientific definition. Language of systems gives scientific understanding and rational explanation of system knowledge about natural and humanitarian objects and technosphere’s objects. The language is presented as efficient and adequate to empirical world the communications tool in sphere of systems research. Problems of generation of the lexical contents and syntagmatic associations of the language have been systematically considered. In the language's basis the qualimetry of systems properties is developed in details.
