Annotation
World of complex systems is being disclosed in its qualitative multiplicity being manifested in multiple external forms of the observed variability of the phenomenon, which are given rise by supreme, universal self-movement mechanisms of systems. General systemology gives the detailed knowledge about main moments of the essence's determination and formation of the system as the essence. As a part of general systemology the systemology of the phenomenal world states universal doctrines and principles of the phenomenal world of systems, substantiates the self-expression of system phenomenon through reduction from the complex to simple and provides comprehension of the space of system qualities in which the system is represented in the all of its qualitative determinancies and complete multiplicity of the forms of their manifestation.
